What to do when you feel low?
Many times we might feel low. People living alone or people preparing for any kind of exam, who have isolated themselves may know what I’m talking about. It becomes a lot difficult to maintain consistency in your work, focus on your goals and daily tasks. Observe yourself and try to detect the problem. Ask yourself, Are you missing family or friends? When we feel low our body usually resists every motion so to start with a bath or shower is the best step. It can switch on the active mode of your body.
