The chapters have subtopics, examples for better understanding and tips to improve yourself. A full guide to accomplish chores. Name the habit you wish to improve and you get it in the book.

I will give this book 4.5 stars out of 5. The way the writer has incorporated each point is highly exceptional.

A must read for people who really wish to change their life habits and want to reach their goals.

For people who want the answer to ‘What is stopping me and how?’ Should definitely go for this book.
