  Many times we might feel low. People living alone or people preparing for any kind of exam, who have isolated themselves may know what I’m talking about. It becomes a lot difficult to maintain consistency in your work, focus on your goals and daily tasks.  Observe yourself and try to detect the problem.  Ask yourself, Are you missing family or friends? Are you not motivated enough to complete your particular task? If you are able to answer your questions then well and good otherwise you can take help of the tips listed below to uplift your mood. On Wednesday Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the first budget of ‘Amrit Kaal’  for the year 2023-2024.  The budget targeted youth, women, farmers, OBCs, scheduled castes and scheduled tribes. “The current economic growth of India is estimated to be 7% and is highest among all the major economies” - said by the Finance Minister.  G20 emphasised on  Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam to address global challenges.
