The products are as follow-

  1. Salicylic acid face wash- If your skin is acne prone then definitely use salicylic acid. It is an exfoliating chemical and cleanse your pores thoroughly. You can also use salicylic acid with glycolic acid foam forming face wash. 


How to apply- Use this twice a day. Day and Night.


  • Wet your face.

  • Take a pea size face wash and apply it all over your face. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and nose.

  • With light hands massage your face for about 20-30 seconds. Don’t over do.

  • Rinse off with cold or lukewarm water.


  1. Benzoyl Peroxide Gel IP- This medication is used to treat mild to moderate range of acne. Benzoyl peroxide kills the bacteria underneath your acne. The concentration you can use is 2.5% benzoyl peroxide.


How to apply-

  • Use a suitable type of face wash and rinse your face. Make sure your skin is dry.

  • Apply a thin layer of this gel only on the affected area! (remember this)

  • Wait for it to dry before you apply moisturizer. 

  • Moisturizer is quite important as this gel makes your skin dry. 

  • Avoid using this gel with any form of vitamin C. 

  • If you are a beginner, use it only once a day.

  • Incase of any kind of irritation, wash your face.


  1. Adapalene gel 0.1 w/w- This gel is used to clean skin pores. While using this gel, you may see worse acne because adapalene is treating acne from deep inside. You must wait for 2-3 months to see visible results.


Remember- benzoyl peroxide and adapalene gel can’t be used at the same time of the day.

Apply benzoyl peroxide in the morning and adapalene in the night.


How to apply- Apply this at night.

  • Wash your face with suitable face wash.

  • Apply a thin layer of adapalene on the affected area. Wait for it to dry a bit.

  • Apply moisturizer and have a good sleep.


  1. Minocycline Hydrochloride Topical gel- This gel is used to treat acne and red spots surrounding the acne. Yes, you got it right, those big red bumps! 


How to apply- Use at night. Benzoyl peroxide in the morning.

  • Wash your face with suitable face wash.

  • Apply a thin layer of minym on the affected area. Wait for it to dry a bit.

  • Apply moisturizer.


Only use it when you have severe red bumps. Otherwise adapalene works. 


  1. Azelaic Acid Gel 20% w/w- This gel is used to treat severe acne scars. So once your acne is gone, you may be left with scars. Then it’s high time to use this. To get clear skin.


How to apply

  • Wash your face with suitable face wash.

  • Apply a thin layer of Azelaic Acid gel on the affected area. Wait for it to dry a bit.

  • Apply moisturizer.
